I’m Daniel

Outdoor patio area with a lit fire feature in the center, surrounded by colorful seating cushions, overlooking a swimming pool with fountain features, lush greenery, and a colorful sky at sunset.

For years, I designed high-end outdoor living spaces inside the pool industry in Las Vegas.

I loved the work, but I couldn’t ignore a troubling pattern: Beautiful concepts were constantly being watered down by a process that prioritized sales over design integrity.

Salespeople, pressured by quotas and overhead, were encouraged to push projects through the pipeline — whether or not the design was truly right for the client.

Project managers were stretched thin, forced into shortcuts that compromised detail and craftsmanship.

And clients? They often ended up with a space that didn’t reflect their lifestyle or the elegance they envisioned.

To make matters worse, I saw how focusing solely on the pool created disconnected environments.

I spent more time designing around the pool than selling the pool itself — which didn’t exactly thrill the sales department.

Eventually, it became clear: the only way to serve clients at the level they deserved was to remove the sales agenda entirely.

So I built Streamline — an independent design studio where the priority is the homeowner, not the pipeline.

I created a hands-on, concierge-style process that guides clients from vision to execution, helping them avoid costly missteps and connecting them with the right craftsmen for a seamless build.

The outcome has been transformative.

Clients now enjoy spaces that feel unified, intentional, and architecturally balanced—not the disjointed result of multiple vendors pulling in different directions.

They feel confident, supported, and genuinely excited about the process instead of stressed by it.

A Craft Learned Early …

It’s no longer common for a father to pass a trade down to his son. I was fortunate — it happened early, and it stuck.

Some of my earliest memories are of my dad, presenting his designs to clients, listening to their desires, and really having fun with them — while taking his work seriously.

And I remember him in the field — being an advocate for his clients, making sure details were precise, and generally going the extra mile.

Long before I understood design, I understood craft.

And long before I understood business, I understood standards.

My father has spent more than forty years in this industry. We worked together at the same company for over a decade — long enough for his lessons to move from instruction to instinct. He taught me that if you focus on helping people first, the satisfaction and reward will take care of themselves.

He was right.

That philosophy still anchors everything I do today. It’s why I value precision over speed, clarity over pressure, and long-term outcomes over short-term wins.

This work isn’t transactional to me — it’s personal. It always has been.

And Now, I’m On A Mission …

I’m on a mission to help homeowners like you step out of the punishing gauntlet that passes for “designing” an outdoor living space.

There’s absolutely no reason you should have to chase multiple consultations, sift through competing opinions, or decode sales-driven conversations just to find qualified expertise — especially when one of the largest investments tied to your home and daily life is at stake.

When you work with me, you’re working with a PHTA-certified poolscape specialist and a meticulously curated team of masters in their respective crafts — landscape architecture, structural design, lighting, and furnishings.

Each facet of your environment receives the level of expertise it actually requires.

If you’re tired of wasting time on mediocre design and sales-driven decision-making, let’s talk.

YOU’VE MET ME; NOW MEET MY CLIENTS

My clients respect complexity. They know that a fully realized outdoor environment — poolscape, architecture, landscape, lighting, and flow — is not something to casually assemble.

They believe sophisticated design belongs in the hands of a professional who understands how every piece affects the whole.

They come with vision and curiosity, not rigid constraints.

They understand that while having a funding range is wise, meaningful design emerges through collaboration — not premature limitation.

And they trust that a strong foundational design can always be refined, scaled, or phased without losing its integrity or beauty.

My clients are design-literate homeowners who value discernment over persuasion.

They don’t want sales pitches. They want a trusted consultant — someone who helps them make educated, unpressured decisions about one of the most significant investments tied to their home and daily life.

They value their time and are often frustrated by how difficult it is to find professionals who combine deep expertise, attention to detail, and genuine service.

Still, they understand a simple truth: Those who are truly elite in their craft are rare.

Above all, they value expert, unbiased guidance … advice that serves themnot a quota, commission, or company’s margin.

If that sounds like you, we’ll work exceptionally well together.
